ProjectTower Terms of Service

By using ProjectTower, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Account

  1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

  2. You must provide a valid email address and any other requested information in order to register.

  3. Each person is permitted to have exactly one account; multiple accounts found to be owned by the same person will be terminated.

  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ProjectTower cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  5. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

General

  1. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms of service.

  2. You may not use ProjectTower for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of ProjectTower, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  3. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

  4. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited “spam” messages.

  5. ProjectTower does not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and any errors in the Service will be corrected.

  6. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

Privacy

  1. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner.

  2. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to any third parties, or knowingly allow access to your personal information by any third parties.

  3. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies when required by law.
